Welcome to the Viveé Cosmetics FAQ page! Whether you’re new to the brand or a longtime fan, we’ve compiled answers to the questions we hear most. If you don’t see your question listed, feel free to reach out to our support team anytime.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

  • If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, email us at support@viveecosmetics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ve got your back!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.

  • Email returns@viveecosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect orders. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS

  • Absolutely. We never test on animals—ever. Our products are 100% cruelty-free and always will be.

  • Most of our products are vegan, and each product page clearly lists whether it’s vegan-friendly. Still unsure? Contact us and we’ll confirm.

  • No way. We believe in clean beauty. Our formulas are free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances—always.

  • Many of our formulas are made with sensitive skin in mind, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend patch testing a small amount before full use.

  • Our cosmetics are proudly formulated and manufactured in the USA, using globally sourced ingredients that meet our high-quality standards.

ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS

  • Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Only one promo code can be used per order. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on sales and exclusive offers.

SUSTAINABILITY & VALUES

  • Yes! We use recyclable and/or biodegradable materials wherever possible. Please check your local recycling guidelines for specifics.
